Prohibited

Use of false, misleading, deceptive or unfair sales practices

False or misleading representation relating to the business, company or the products offered

Omission of material particulars relating to the business, company or offered products

Mishandling of Prospect’s/ IR’s cash

Getting into relationship with other’s Spouse

Explanation and Demonstration

Presentations and demonstrations shall be accurate and complete

Do not provide any misleading product claims and benefits in any of their promotional materials in any form whatsoever

All promotional and advertising materials must be strictly compliant with the company’s policy and its officially approved materials

Do not make verbal or other representations concerning the product, except in compliance with the above

Literature and Advertisements

Should not be deceptive or misleading

Should provide IRs contact details

Needs to be approved by Leadership before circulation

Comparison and Denigration

Refrain from misleading comparison

Points of comparisons should be based on facts

Do not denigrate any firm, product or team directly or by implication

Income and Earning

Not a “get rich quick” scheme

No guarantee, promise, representation or warranty that you will make a certain level of income.

Income and Earnings will vary by individual

Directly proportional to person’s personal efforts, diligence, dedication, motivation and personal skills

Cash Handling

Do not collect cash on behalf of prospects unless ACE Leaders have authorized the same

Deposit cash in the MVT Eagles Office within 24 hrs

Mail receipt of depositing money / remitting money to MVT within 48 hrs

Cash collected will not be used for personal reasons.

Do not pay cash for your IRs

If the above is not followed the said IR will be suspended from MVT Eagles team and reported to MVT for suspension from business

My pledge of commitment

Good business practices start with ME, the leader. As an Eagle IR, I will:

Abide by the MVT Eagles Code of Ethics completely

Be honest and fair in all my dealings with MVT and MVT Eagles Perform all my professional activities in a manner that will enhance my reputation and the positive reputation established by Eagles

Present the compensation plan accurately and honestly, clearly portraying the level of effort required to achieve success

Strive to ensure that my down lines are satisfied with my service and leadership

Present realistic income possibilities solely in relation to the appropriate effort involved

Answer the questions and queries of prospects and down lines fairly and honestly

Sponsor/refer only those people that I have developed as my own down lines and/or business prospects

Not create any unapproved or illegal websites that will tarnish the image of MVT Eagles and its related companies

Always encourage prospect(s) developed by their initial referrers to be sponsored by them as well

Not entice down lines from outside my line of sponsorship to sign under my organization

Not use any advertising which I know may be false or misleading

Not use cash received from prospects for personal use and deposit cash in MVT Eagles office within 24 hrs

Conduct myself in such a manner as to reflect only the highest standard of integrity and responsibility because I recognize that my actions as an IR with MVT Eagles have far reaching effects

Be clear that MVT is a network marketing opportunity in which my income is related to my marketing and leadership skills as well as my own personal efforts

Treat all prospects, down lines and associates with respect, goodwill and professional courtesy

Not misrepresent the business in any way

Be fair and just to my down lines and associates; and not engage in practices which may reflect unfavorably on myself, my organization, the company and/or the industry
